Meet David Justus – Founder of WellnessforGood.org

When you meet David Justus, founder of Wellness for Good, you’re greeted with a million-dollar smile and an unshakable positive outlook. But behind that vibrant energy is a journey marked by resilience—David is a three-time cancer survivor (testicular cancer in 1985, NHL in 1986, and CLL in 2014). His medical history also includes open-heart surgery (2010), organizing pneumonia (2021), and type-2 diabetes (2022).

Why does this matter? Because David truly understands what it’s like to face serious health challenges—and what it means to achieve “wellness for good.” His personal experiences inspire the reviews, resources, and recommendations he now shares with people over 50 through this platform.

Making Lemonade

In 2011, David led a community effort to raise awareness for children with cancer, setting a Guinness World Record for the **longest lemonade stand**—2,614 feet and 2 inches long. It earned him the affectionate nickname, “Lemonade Dave.”

Throughout his career, David Justus has been deeply involved with charitable organizations, including Make-A-Wish, United Way, and other nonprofits. He founded **HERO**, a support group for teens and young adults with cancer, in 1997, and later **The Northcoast Fatherhood Initiative** in 2009.

Professionally, David also serves as Chief Client Officer at Snapscale, an international outsourcing firm headquartered in Scotch Plains, NJ, where he shares his expertise on helping clients succeed with virtual assistants and outsourcing solutions.

Author and Public Speaker

An accomplished speaker and author, David has written *The 45-Minute Work Hour: For People Who Want More Out of Life But Can’t Manage the Time* and *The Lemonade Stand: How to Make a Difference 101*. He has delivered keynote talks to thousands across businesses, nonprofits, schools, and professional associations.

Naval Veteran

David served in the U.S. Navy from 1983 to 1986, when he honorable discharged.

He is happily married to his wife Abby, is the proud father of two sons and two stepchildren, and currently lives in New Jersey.
